We are currently looking for a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m) to join our highly engaged and diverse team “Products & Services Controlling” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

The Satair Finance Team is a truly global team with colleagues in the US, Germany, Denmark and Singapore coming from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities!

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

As a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m) , you will

• Drive profitability for Satair products and service lines by taking full ownership of revenue, cost, and inventory forecasting.
  
• Act as a strategic Business Partner , providing financial expertise and challenging assumptions to guide key decision-making processes.
  
• Steer competitiveness within multi-functional teams by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Planning to influence business commitments.
  
• Orchestrate forecast planning and budgeting for your assigned product lines in close coordination with Operations and the Executive Leadership Team.
  
• Deliver actionable insights through synthesized performance analyses and financial scenarios that ensure high data quality and consistency.
  
• Optimize commercial performance by creating KPI dashboards and challenging product line health, including turn rates, slow movers, and impairments.
  

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a degree in Finance (or a related discipline) and several years of professional experience in a comparable role, you contribute the following to our team:

• Solid Finance Expertise : You bring a strong financial background and the ability to report complex data effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  
• Analytical Mindset : You combine sharp analytical skills with the ability to see the "bigger picture" and derive strategic meaning from numbers.
