We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Product Modification Integrator" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Manage E2E industrialization processes of A320 family aircraft Modifications, Product and STEP (Synchonized Target Embodiment Point) Changes for Airframe & Structure as leader for the VSM (Value Stream Management, namely the Final Assembly Line and Major Component Assembly) along the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Provide Industrial Expertise during the whole development process: from product definition phases towards manufacturing process in its operating environment by integrating people, machines, materials and information flows
• Prepare Industrial Dossiers as baseline for such changes including analysis and evaluation of feasibility, complexity, requirements, assumptions, budget funding needs and recommendations for optimisation of the industrial capability and enablers (processes, Jigs & Tools, facilities)
• Establish the complete planning from concept until entry-into-service and generating the key industrial deliverables for the VSM perimeter per project milestone as MG (Milestone-Gate) on time, cost and quality targets
• Collaborate closely with and act as focal point for involved functions such as Program, Chief Engineering, Operations (all 4 FALs and Major Component Assemblys), Manufacturing Engineering, Quality

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• More then three years of professional experience in the field of Production planning, product development, and project management
• More then two years of professional experience in the field of engineering
• More then one year of professional experience in the field of process planing
• Good knowledge of Change Management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• German and French are advantageous
• An english CV is required!
