Your Mission

Build intuitive and high-performance user interfaces that empower industrial customers to optimize their energy consumption and accelerate the decarbonization of industry .

In the future, it will not only be crucial to consume less energy, but also to consume it at the right time – only then can volatile renewable energies from wind and solar be optimally integrated into our electricity system.

With our AI-powered flexOn platform , we help industrial electricity consumers actively flexibilize their energy usage – in other words, to use electricity exactly when it is especially green and affordable . Our goal: to drive the decarbonization of the energy system while significantly reducing costs for our customers.

Tasks

• Further development of our flexOn software solution
• Development of internal software tools
• Code reviews and optimization of existing front-end components
• Enhancement of the user experienceCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design (Figma/Sketch), backend (Go services) and DevOps teams to align on API contracts, CI/CD flows, staging/release processes, and ensure end-to-end product coherence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• Expert in TypeScript and deep experience with React (hooks, context, Suspense) or comparable frameworks (Vue, Angular)
• Solid grounding in web standards: semantic HTML, CSS3 (PostCSS/Sass/Tailwind), responsive layouts, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Strong collaboration skills: experience working closely with designers (Figma/Sketch), backend and DevOps peers to ship cohesive products
