INNER CIRCLE AGENCY, headquartered in Germany and Spain, is a boutique management, booking, and event agency representing DJs, producers, and live acts globally.

Our agency encompasses a diverse range of artists and events within the international and local electronic music scene, catering to music enthusiasts from house to techno genres. We pride ourselves on fostering a family-like atmosphere within the ICA community.

Tasks

As a Booking Agent, your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appearances or performances for our artists. This role entails negotiating and reviewing performance contracts, coordinating travel arrangements, confirming appearances, and actively seeking new markets and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Arts Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in booking and managing artists within the electronic music industry.
• Strong network of contacts with venues, promoters, and industry professionals across EUROPE, USA and LATAM.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in both English and German. (any other language is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
