AI-Project Manager m/w/d

We are looking for a Project Manager to orchestrate our productions from start to finish. This role is the organizational backbone of our creative workflows, ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and budgets remain under control. You will work closely with Creative Direction, AI Artists, and our clients, bridging the gap between vision and execution.

DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION

• Plan, organize, and oversee projects across e-commerce, campaign, and lookbook productions
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate between creative, technical, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment
• Track and control budgets, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
• Document processes, maintain governance standards, and continuously optimize workflows
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication

DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in fashion, creative industries, or production
• Strong skills in timeline planning and budget management
• Familiarity with production processes (fashion, photography, film, design)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills - able to translate between creative, technical, and operational teams
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week
