Fleet Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the effective recruitment and manning for your own assigned vessels by complying with the matrix requirements, client’s requirements and relevant legislation for each vessel

• You are handling the relief/ rotation planning of the seafarers, focusing on the provision of alternatives for the continuous and effective operation of the vessel

Qualifications & Experience

• Commercial qualification / Bachelor degree, ideally with Shipping background or sailing experience

• Preferably 2 years experience in Crew Operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of vessel crew requirements and seafarer qualifications

• Knowledge of global and local maritime employment markets

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools
