MEET YOUR TEAM: PROGRAMMATIC SOLUTIONS

The Programmatic Solutions team powers adjoe's real-time ad network solution integrated with leading mobile mediation platforms on both Android and iOS. Our focus lies in building adjoe's own Ad Network– a smart bidder leveraging machine learning to optimize campaign performance by predicting conversion probability and lifetime value in real time.

The team is responsible for both the adjoe Ads platform that decides which ad to display and our Android/iOS SDKs that render these ads and provide tracking events to the backend.

We've also developed tools through which app publishers can manage their integration, analyze monetization performance, and assess ad user experience through dashboards and APIs.

• Develop the adjoe Ads SDK by creating new features and innovative ad formats. The views you build will be seen by billions of mobile users all over the world every day.
• Introduce innovative UX/UI features for A/B testing to enhance product KPIs and overall user experience.
• Implement mechanisms to improve the technical stability, performance, and maintenance of adjoe Ads SDK. Your goal is to make it as easy and smooth as possible for app developers to integrate and utilize adjoe’s technologies.
• Use your system design knowledge to come up with the optimal solutions compatible with different frameworks and our backend.
• Align with advertising industry standards & best practices to keep our product up to date.
• Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines to efficiently and effortlessly distribute our SDK to thousands of app developers.
• Enhance our monitoring system to proactively detect potential issues and maintain system health.

• You have 5+ years’ work experience as a mobile developer working with Swift.
• You have hands-on experience with developing iOS libraries and SDKs.
• You keep up to date with trends in mobile development and are aware of UX & UI best practices.
• You have experience with build/deployment tooling (such as CocoaPods, SPM, fastlane, GitLab CI).
• Plus : You have basic knowledge of Objective-C.
• Plus : You have knowledge of React Native (JavaScript), Unity (C#), Flutter (Dart) or similar cross-platform development frameworks
• Plus : You have Android development experience as well.
