Senior Finance Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

The Senior Finance Operations Specialist will own complex monthly closing activities in a high-volume, multi-entity environment, ensure data integrity at scale, and build solutions that eliminate recurring issues.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of complex financial operations from start to finish, playing a key role in the monthly closing process.
• Own the preparation and maintenance of revenue and spend accruals to improve data quality across all systems.
• Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and provide data for foreign entities.
• Execute monthly allocations and recharges to enable faster and more reliable financial reporting.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and act as an escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Serve as a strategic contact for Managing Directors and business units on finance topics.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in high-volume, tech-driven environments with a focus on scalability.
• Deep understanding of AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and financial data flows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven track record of increasing automation to reduce manual workload across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English .
