Senior Sales Package Manager
Region NCE Sales Offshore, NCE is responsible for all sales related activities from early engagement, to bidding and negotiation until hand-over to Construction upon securing a contract. The wider team consists of a diverse group of engaged employees covering the geographic offshore regions in NCE alongside a team that provides bid management and sales support to the sales region. Responsibilities
- Manage the technical side of the bidding process to ensure competitive and risk-balanced offers
- Co-steer customer negotiations on construction, technical, HSE, and QA aspects of the Turbine Supply Agreement
- Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to manage the customer interface throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate internal planning, progress tracking, and reporting across all negotiation workstreams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, supporting subject matter experts in contractual discussions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify risks, ensure legal alignment, and address technical issues
- Review and align customer requirements, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies with internal stakeholders
- Extensive technical background in a relevant field, combined with solid commercial business understanding
- Familiarity with the technical and contractual complexities of offshore wind projects
- Demonstrated experience in technical negotiations for large, complex projects
- Knowledge of the Yellow FIDIC Book would be beneficial
- Master's degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent project management experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- High motivation to work in renewables, especially offshore wind
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating large teams
- Proficient stakeholder management, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
- Great analytical skills to evaluate complex information and support sound decisions
- Strategic mindset with proven determination in long, high-stakes negotiations
- Proficient project management skills and cultural awareness in international settings
