Sales Associate - Internal Sales Focus

We are looking for a new team member (m/f/d) who is open to new topics, flexible in their tasks, and eager to support our sales activities. This hybrid role allows you to combine working from our Hamburg office with the option to work from home.

Tasks

• Support our sales team in managing customer requests and coordinating the worldwide distribution of our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the preparation of offers, proposals, and tender documents in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Assist with marketing activities, such as updating the company website, preparing presentations, creating brochures, and supporting social media channels.
• Help identify opportunities to expand our service portfolio and improve customer offerings.
• Conduct industry research to support ongoing and future projects.
• Contribute to the organization and follow-up of trade shows and events to strengthen our brand presence.

Requirements

• Interest in sales and enthusiasm for technical topics, with the motivation to learn product details step by step.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Openness to take on different tasks and topics, and flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) to meet customers, attend events, and manage international sales operations.
