We are now looking for a Site Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our team working for a better future. In this position you will work closely with the contract manager to fulfil the agreement requirements and strengthen our site operation.The ideal candidate would have a background in Field Service, or similar activities.

The position is permanent and the preferred location for the position will be in Drezden , Germany

What you will be doing

As Site Supervisor (m/f/d) , your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract
• Training operation procedures and standards for the plant crew
• Assisting the Agreement Manager as required
• Developing the operation working routines at the plant
• Prioritizing maintenance activities together with Field Service and Agreement manager
• Acting accordingly to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures
• Coordinating of the required logistic processes
• Ensuring continuous reporting to the Agreement manager
• Maintaining the plant operation, at the highest quality level

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in power plant business
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach towards problem resolution
• Good, already acquired, networking inside the company is seen as an advantage
• Able to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Flexible approach to work; open & willing to adapt to change
• Self starter that can work both independently and as a part of agreement management as a team
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken, fluent German is mandatory for the daily communication with customers.
