Senior Project Engineer Germany Cocoa
- Full responsibility for individual investment projects at the site
- Planning and execution of technical projects in the areas of production and infrastructure
- Preparation of project applications and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Support in preparing building permit applications in close cooperation with architects and external partners
- Construction supervision during project implementation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Schedule and cost control as well as regular reporting to the Head of Engineering and, if applicable, the Steering Committee
- Coordination of suppliers and service providers
- Liaison with authorities (BUKEA, HPA, Occupational Safety Office, Fire Department) as part of approval procedures
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience (min. 4 years) in project planning and execution, ideally in the food or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of construction and approval procedures, as well as authority management
- Strong organizational skills and cost awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and good level of English, both written and spoken
- A responsible position in an international company
- Work at a technically diverse and industry-significant cocoa production site in the heart of Hamburg
