About our People & Culture Team:

Are you passionate about finding and fostering talent? We are seeking a Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our team and play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Front Row while strengthening our presence as an employer of choice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and drive employer branding initiatives that showcase our company culture and values.

You’ll be working in Hamburg – either full-time or part-time (min 80%).

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews

• You collaborate with team leads to define hiring needs

• You build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

• You provide guidance and support on employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• You work on additional projects or tasks aligned with your preferences and areas of expertise to contribute to Front Row’s success

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You’ve worked in recruiting for at least a year – ideally in a recruitment agency or within the e-commerce sector

• You are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

• You understand what active sourcing means – and you enjoy it

• You’re structured, organized, and reliable, even when juggling multiple hiring processes

• You are a strong team player – you thrive in collaboration and aren’t afraid to share your ideas

• You’re a people person and bring curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mentality

• You speak both German and English fluently
