We are constantly growing and would like to add an additional specialist to our Global Finance team as a central contact person for accounts payable. The purpose of this position is to ensure AP services and manage communication between external vendors and internal customers. This is a remote position within our global competence network (GCN).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing the supplier database
• Analyzing contracts and expense reports
• Processing and resolving supplier invoices
• Creating payment proposals and reports
• Month-end closing and reconciliations
• Supporting audits and special requests
• Building and maintaining working relationships
• Compliance with (local) accounting and tax laws
• Contributing to process improvement and supporting projects

Qualifications

• Economic background and accounting knowledge (IFRS, GAAP)
• English and German strongly required
• SAP and MS Office skills
• Experience with international companies is an advantage
• Team player, positive attitude, and open to new ideas
