As a Procurement Manager (gn) - External Manufacturing, you will be at the center of taking our supply chain to the next level. You will manage the sourcing of our finished goods, build strong partnerships with external manufacturers, and ensure that our products are delivered efficiently, at scale, and with high reliability - a key foundation for our continued growth.

Working closely with Product, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives and create real impact. You will take ownership of a key sourcing category and actively shape our global supplier strategy in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Your mission

• You own the strategic sourcing of finished goods (e.g. food, supplements, ready-to-drink, capsules) produced by external manufacturers
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Line Management of ESN and More Nutrition) to ensure supplier strategies and timelines align with business objectives
• You analyze spend, cost structures, market trends, and supplier landscapes, and derive sustainable sourcing strategies
• You manage and develop supplier relationships end-to-end - from segmentation and evaluation (quality, service, value) to regular business reviews
• You identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and continuously improve productivity
• You analyze data to reduce complexity, optimize specifications, and ensure the optimal supplier base
• You lead tenders (RFX), develop commercial models, and negotiate complex contracts considering price, supply, service, legal, and IP risks
• You identify risks (e.g. price volatility) and develop strategies to ensure supply security

Your experience & skills

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• You bring several years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement & in sourcing externally manufactured finished goods (contract / 3rd party manufacturing)
• Experience in FMCG or the food industry is a plus
• You communicate fluently in English and ideally also in German
• You have strong analytical capabilities and proven project management skills
