Your mission

• Design, develop and maintain gameplay systems that support long-term feature reusability to maximise player engagement, monetization and retention.
• Continuously refine game features and events by integrating player feedback, data analysis and AI insights.
• Use a metrics-informed approach to game design to improve engagement, retention and monetization.
• Document and present designs using user stories, flowcharts and wireframes to communicate with teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt successful game mechanics from various genres.

Requirements / Your backstory

• Several years of professional experience in systems and core gameplay design.
• Proven experience with game balancing on F2P mobile games, preferably merge-2-genre games.
• Deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, monetization strategies, in-game economies and community feedback.
• Willingness to take ownership and work hands-on with tools such as Google Sheets and ChatGPT or similar.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about improving performance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
