Your Ab-Initio training
You will work full-time at our office in Hamburg for three years. In the initial phase, you will have the opportunity to get to know various departments before being assigned to a specific department. At the same time, you will complete your ATPL theory as part of a distance learning course at CAT Aviation. The practical phase will be carried out at our partner flight school, FTO Nord. The aim of this training programme is to start your career with us as a first officer on the PC24 after successfully obtaining your licence! Your profile

• EASA PPL(A) licence (completed or in an advanced stage)
• Completed vocational training or a university degree
• EU-passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU
• Driving license
• not yet started ATPL training

The training programme is intended for candidates who only hold a PPL(A) and want to obtain their Frozen ATPL(A) while working in our office. All applications that do not meet the requirements will not be considered.

About us

Founded in 2021, Platoon Aviation’s vision is to become the market's leading charter operator, achieved by leveraging advanced technology, state-of-the-art aircraft, and our team's unparalleled expertise.

In 2025 Platoon is operating 11 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.

Platoon is determined to set the new benchmark in private charter when it comes to service and experience, and truly make our guests feel at home in the sky when they fly Platoon.
