We are extending our BIG! franchise, creating new features for our existing games and working on new merge-2-genre games, and looking for a Senior Level Game Designer with expertise on systems and core gameplay design, to make creative ideas reality! YOUR MISSION

• Focus on designing, developing and maintaining gameplay systems supporting long-term feature reusability with the aim to maximize player engagement, ensuring effective monetization and player retention
• Continuously refine game features and events by integrating player feedback, data analysis, and AI insights
• Embrace a metrics-informed approach to game design, learning from user data to ensure excellent engagement, retention, and monetization
• Document and present your input using user stories, flowcharts and wireframes to clearly communicate your designs to all teams and stakeholders
• Skillfully transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Several years of professional experience on systems and core gameplay design, plus some proven experience in working with game balancing on F2P mobile games, preferably merge-2-genre games
• Deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and community feedback
• Ability to take ownership and excel in getting things done by using tools like Google Sheets, ChatGPT or similar
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
• Resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
