Job Description

• Planning and organising consumer tests
• Conducting and monitoring/ supervising consumer tests
• Preparing products in accordance with standardized specifications and guidelines
• Planning the deployment of external assistants for test implementation
• Recruiting and training new assistants
• Checking the hygiene status of the premises
• Maintaining office equipment and test premises
• Procuring materials, product purchase and reception
• Data entry and data verification
• Various administrative tasks, e.g. regularly checking material stocks, maintaining inventory lists, booking travel
• Preparing internal meetings and customer visits

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
• Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
• Committed, team-orientated and resilient
