YOUR MISSION

• Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics

• Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals

• Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team

• Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output

• Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games

• Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior

• Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset

• Strong written and spoken English

In this role, you'll join the Empire Family Team working on Goodgame Empire, Empire Four Kingdoms and future additions to the franchise. Collaborate closely with our 30+ dedicated professionals, employ your initiative and strong communication skills to seamlessly integrate your ideas into our MMO pioneer games with more than 200 million registered players worldwide and a history of more than 1bn € in revenues.
