Supply Planner (m/w/d) AIRBUS

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material planning and optimizing service levels? As a Supply Planner (m/w/d), you will focus on material inventory planning within the Satair Services perimeter. Your mission will be to secure service levels, support commercial campaigns, and manage consolidated demand forecasts towards optimal operational planning. With responsibilities spanning the entire service lifecycle, from business case support to in-service operations, you will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver excellence in service performance and customer satisfaction. The role also includes international travel opportunities to support on-site campaigns.

• You will manage material planning activities for allocated customers and their inventory allocation to stocking locations.
• You will ensure a successful handover of consolidated demand forecast inputs to operational planning.
• You will work closely with Satair’s Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and Provisioning Engineering teams.
• You will support the onboarding and training of Local Planners to enhance team capability.
• You will consolidate service forecasts to achieve economies of scale and optimize service performance.
• You will address ad-hoc commercial requests that may necessitate service modifications.
• You will employ advanced tools like SAP and SQL to streamline inventory and service planning processes.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a solid background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. To excel in this role, you will bring experience, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to navigate challenges in material planning and service operations. Essential qualifications include:

• A University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 3 years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, and supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in technical documentation and proficiency in SAP, SQL, and Python.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace and good knowledge of Lean, Process and Risk Management.
• Fluent German and English language skills at a professional level.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and high responsibility sense.
• Willingness to travel, including international trips, for on-site campaign support (1-2 times annually).
