As Head of Product (f/m/x) , you will define how our products become top-ranked apps in the market. You’ll shape the product vision, build and lead a high-impact Product & Live Operations organization, and directly influence revenue, growth, and long-term company strategy.

Reporting directly to our CPO, you’ll be trusted with wide ownership from the start - from setting long-term product direction to making tough prioritization calls, scaling teams, and optimizing complex economies that drive profit and growth.

At this level, impact matters more than hours. You take responsibility end to end and lean in when it counts.

What you’ll own:

• Product leadership & strategy
  You define and continuously sharpen the product vision and long-term direction across brands, translating company strategy into a clear, executable roadmap for exmox’s mobile apps - next-generation user engagement platforms designed to drive high-quality user acquisition for leading F2P game developers. You make tough prioritization decisions based on data, market dynamics, and business impact - not opinions or comfort.
• Team leadership & organization
  You build, lead, and scale a high-performing Product & Live Operations organization. You mentor Product Managers, develop future leaders, and establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and outcome-driven thinking. As we grow, you raise the bar through thoughtful hiring and onboarding.
• Execution & delivery
  You own how product strategy turns into shipped impact. Working closely with Engineering leadership, you ensure fast, high-quality execution while maintaining technical excellence, scalability, and performance in a highly competitive environment.
• Live Operations, monetization & economies
  You build and scale Live Operations as a core competitive advantage. You design, optimize, and evolve complex monetization systems and product economies, driving revenue and profit growth while protecting long-term product value.

Your profile

• Experience in fast-moving environments
  You’ve built products in highly agile, fast-growing scale-ups and have experience leading and scaling Product teams that drive business growth while actively developing the people behind the work.
• Strong domain and monetization expertise
  You bring hands-on experience designing, scaling, and optimizing product economies and monetization systems. Experience in F2P gaming and/or online advertising is a must.
• Data-driven decision making
  Data, analytics and experimentation guide your decisions, but imperfect information doesn’t hold you back from making high-impact choices
• Clear and confident communication
  You can align, challenge, and inspire teams, executives, investors, and external partners around a shared direction.
• Outcome Driven Leadership
  You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and a commercial mindset, keeping teams focused on what truly drives business and product success.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
