HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our past 24/25 season we have grown into a global movement spanning 5 continents.

DESCRIPTION

To support our growing Content team, we are looking for a committed full-time Senior Video Editor & Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our HYROX DACH team in Hamburg.

As our Senior Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for the creative direction, development, and editing of HYROX owned global content. You will report to the Global Content team lead and will work closely with our international team of Content creators and Marketing managers.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working independently. Ideally, you're organised, creative, and bring a well-rounded skill set in video editing. You feel comfortable leading projects and small teams from concept to completion and have a genuine passion for driving growth.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit a wide range of HYROX-owned video content, including both short- and long-form formats.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HYROX’s video language and brand guidelines.
• Manage HYROX video campaigns and coordinate video shoots across locations.
• Oversee the creation and adaptation of video assets for digital platforms, working closely with internal teams and external creatives.
• Lead the project management of video campaigns and content formats from concept to delivery.
• Develop and support new and existing content formats.
• Analyse marketing and social media performance using data-led insights to guide future strategies.
• Ensure that all global video content aligns with HYROX’s corporate identity and brand standards.
• Support staffing and planning for key events and marketing activations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Video-creation, project management or content-led role.
• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• A degree in Film Production, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
• Expertise in most common video editing softwares, e.g. Premier Pro & DaVinci
• Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Data-driven approach to video content strategy with a good understanding of performance analytics.
• Creative mindset with experience in delivering and developing engaging content and campaigns.
• Experience in leading creative video campaigns.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel to HYROX events, including weekends.
• Passion for sport, fitness, or live events is highly desirable.
