What you will do

• As a research assistant , you will support interesting projects in various research areas of additive production
• As a student assistant , you will support our experts in administration and marketing
• During your mandatory internship , you will gain exciting insights into industry-related cutting-edge research in the field of additive production
• As part of a project-, bachelor's- or master's thesis , you will work on a scientific topic relating to one of our diverse additive production research projects

What you bring to the table

• Ongoing academic studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in mechanical engineering, materials technology, mechatronics, engineering sciences, computer science, a related course of study or a field of study suitable for your specialization
• Enthusiasm for technological challenges and industry-related research projects
• Interest in scientific, application-oriented work in additive production
• Responsible, goal-oriented and independent way of working with a passion for creative solutions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills

The monthly working hours can be agreed individually. The positions are initially limited to one yeat. However, we are interested in a longer-term cooperation.
Renumeration is based on the company agreement on the employment of support staff. Fraunhofer does not pay any remuneration for project work or final theses.
