HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series, which was founded in Germany in 2017. In our past 24/25 season we have grown into a global movement spanning 5 continents.

DESCRIPTION

To support our growing Content team, we are looking for a committed full-time Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our HYROX DACH team in Hamburg.

As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will support our Global Content Team, work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing managers, and contribute your creative ideas. In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in exciting campaigns, and actively shape the visual identity of HYROX.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create designs for various platforms and projects from onsite branding, to social, merchandise, presentations and more
• Designing following a design guideline, but also conceptualize and propose new design ideas based on the need of the project
• Work together with the Senior Designer on ideas and execute designs
• Time manage your projects and deadlines
• Support other team members with design request and questions
• Research on Trends and input new ideas

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You have a degree/certificate in graphic design, media/digital design.
• You have experience in a fast-paced creative and young environment.
• Fluent in English and German, enabling seamless collaboration with international and local teams.
• You know your way around Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, skills in animation and/or illustration would be a plus.
• You have a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, technology and digital standards.
• You're have a collaborative mindset, ready to jump into any request, and eager to support the team.
• Passion for sport, fitness, or live events is highly desirable.
• Ability to time manage your own projects, juggling multiple projects and deadlines, but also know your own pace and capacity and aren't afraid to speak up if/when you need help.
