(Senior) Event Sponsoring Manager - Sales (all genders)

Job Description
- Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with cooperation partners and sponsors
- Independently negotiate and market ABOUT YOU events
- Plan, execute, and oversee sponsorship activations at events
- Manage post-cooperation processes, including contract creation, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate and advise internal and external stakeholders
- Create compelling sales materials and presentations
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship
- Basic understanding of online campaigns and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and derive actionable insights
- Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

- Existing network of decision-makers, e.g. in the food, beauty, or FMCG industries
