Senior Designer / Art Director & Motion Designer (on-site Hamburg)

We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director with exceptional design craft, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to tell compelling stories across digital formats. This is not a UX role. You’ll develop digital campaign assets across all major touchpoints – from newsletter and banner to TikTok videos and fully designed landing pages. You’re fluent in Figma, skilled in motion and film editing, and excited about what AI tools can do for creative output. You know how to get from moodboard to masterpiece, quickly. And you’re not afraid to open Figma and push out a great layout within hours when needed.

Aufgaben

• Create digital campaign assets: banners, newsletters, SoMe assets, landing pages
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and turn them into client-ready presentations that showcase your visual thinking and design solutions
• Produce motion design assets (After Effects or similar), edit short-form video content
• Create campaign imagery and optimize visuals for different formats
• Support strategy and creative leads in preparing killer presentations
• Contribute to pushing AI-based tools into production
• Collaborate closely with creatives, developers, strategists and clients

Qualifikation

• 4+ years experience as designer / creative in agencies or digital teams
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills across platforms
• Solid skills in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in motion design, editing and storytelling for digital formats
• Basic coding understanding (HTML/CSS/JS – you don’t have to code, but you get it)
• High experience with AI tools or a strong curiosity to integrate them
• Confident communicator with a love for strategy, good vibes, and feedback culture
• German and English proficient is a must
